City Concierge Chiropractic provides mobile chiropractic and rehabilitative care without the hassles of inconvenient appointment times, crowded waiting rooms, rushed office visits or time wasted sitting in traffic. Just professional, evidence-based treatment that comes to you!

Chiropractors are musculoskeletal specialists that have underwent extensive training to perform spinal manipulative therapy, which is more commonly referred to as a chiropractic adjustment. Chiropractic adjustments are safe, gentle, thrusting movements performed into specific areas of the spine that are not moving properly.

After restoring proper motion, joints can articulate more smoothly which increases range of motion while decreasing pain and stiffness. After a comprehensive examination, Dr. Magill will identify the specific spinal segments which are not moving properly and restore proper joint function to those areas.

The soft tissues of the body (muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia) often become tight and restricted due to injury, postural issues or daily wear and tear.

Dr. Magill utilizes various myofascial release techniques in order to relax areas of muscle spasm and restore normal muscular function. This kind of manual therapy works synergistically with the chiropractic adjustment to expedite the recovery process.

Graston Technique is a unique, evidence-based form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that enables clinicians to effectively address soft tissue lesions and fascial restrictions resulting in improved patient outcomes.

Graston Technique uses specially designed stainless steel instruments with unique treatment edges and angles to deliver an effective means of manual therapy. The use of GT instruments, when combined with appropriate therapeutic exercise, leads to the restoration of pain-free function. Dr. Magill has taken extensive post-graduate training in Graston Technique, which he implements in order to accelerate his patients recovery, and provide long-term results.

Exercise Bands

In order to maximize patient outcomes, it is imperative to mobilize and re-strengthen the injured or dysfunctional tissues responsible for creating your symptoms in the first place. This is why it is important to follow a progressive strengthening and/or mobilization plan to see the best results possible. Sometimes your "tightness" issue might actually be to due to weak or inhibited muscles that may have been previously overlooked by other healthcare providers.

It is important to correct faulty movement patterns and increase strength in order for your body to handle the various demands that life places on it and to prevent your condition from becoming a chronic one.

Dr. Magill is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. The knowledge gained through this advanced certification allows Dr. Magill to create customized exercise plans for his patients in order to ensure long lasting results. The benefit of incorporating an exercise program into your treatment plan is that it ultimately requires less overall visits and allows patients to take their recovery process into their own hands.

Posture 3.jpg

Unfortunately, many of us are fighting a losing battle against poor posture. Many times, our jobs require us to stay in a poor ergonomic position for 8+ hours each and every day. Then we go home and sit on our computers or cell phones for the remainder of the evening. This repeated stress can cause both the reactive tightening and inhibition of certain muscles of the neck, low back, and core.

Dr. Magill makes it a priority to analyze the posture of his patients in order to provide the appropriate treatment and corrective exercises to correct dysfunctional movement patterns.

Dr. Magill has extensive experience treating patients who suffered injuries as a result of a motor vehicle accident. It is important to receive the proper treatment following these types of injuries in order to prevent long term damage. Treatment for these types of injuries often includes acute care to reduce pain/inflammation followed by rehabilitative exercises to re-strengthen injured tissues. Diagnostic imaging such as X-Rays and MRI's may also be ordered, if necessary. Dr. Magill also works with a strong network of physicians, including orthopedic surgeons, neurologists and pain management specialists which he may refer you to for co-management if dictated by your injuries.

Dr. Bill Magill DC CSCS

Dr. Bill Magill earned his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. With a strong understanding of the musculoskeletal system and a background in fitness, strength training, and athletics, Dr. Magill has a passion for helping people live an active, pain-free lifestyle.

Dr. Magill decided to create his concierge chiropractic business in order to truly give his patients the level of care that they deserve. After working for years in a traditional practice setting, he was able to identify that the biggest issue was rushed appointments due to overbooked schedules, which are necessary in order to cover the high expenses of running a traditional practice. This concierge model allows Dr. Magill to spend more quality 1-on-1 time with his patients, allowing for more comprehensive treatment sessions, and fewer overall visits.

This model also affords the necessary time it takes to ensure that patients understand the reason they are experiencing their symptoms as well as the all-important "why" of the treatment that is being recommended. His experience has been that patients who fully understand their condition and their role in the recovery process, are able to achieve better outcomes. Concierge chiropractic simply allows for more thorough and personalized care without the all too common distractions of a typical office visit.

Imagine if you were able to receive professional, uninterrupted, treatment without the hassles of traveling to a doctors office. No more sitting in traffic. No more crowded waiting rooms. No more rushed appointments. This is exactly why concierge chiropractic is right for you.

We believe that you deserve quality care that is comfortable, professional and tailored to your individual needs with the goal of getting you feeling your best as quickly as possible. Dr. Magill will bring all the necessary equipment for treatment, such as a chiropractic table, resistance bands, heat/muscle stimulation, and soft tissue mobilization tools. Patients who live in buildings with access to a gym may be able to utilize that space and equipment as well.

Yes! We are more than happy to provide same day services as long as an appointment is available.

City Concierge Chiropractic does not accept insurance for our services. We require payment at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, cash, or HSA/FSA/flex cards as methods of payment.

With rising insurance co-pays and deductibles impacting many individuals and their families, our fees are often less than you would pay to visit a traditional chiropractic office that is in your insurance network. The reason we choose to remain out of network is due to the fact that most insurance companies do not allow us to treat the way we feel is most beneficial for you. The concierge model and being out of network allows us to see a lower volume of patients while offering more personalized care. Spending this extra time together allows or us to get to the root cause of your condition and develop a stronger doctor-patient partnership, which is vital for achieving optimal results.

Additionally, our treatment model does not require as many visits as a typical chiropractic clinic. Most clinics will require you to be seen 3 times per week for brief appointments, while we may only need to see you 1-2 times per week for a shorter period of time. Our longer, more thorough appointments allow for more to be accomplished with each session. This is why you may end up spending less money with us when you consider your deductible, co-pay and the extra visits that would be required by a traditional clinic.

This option is for new patients who have decided that they are tired of living with pain! Your first visit will include a detailed history, comprehensive functional examination, and treatment session. This session takes approximately 1 hour (unless more time is required). Dr. Magill also offers a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation prior to your initial visit in order to gather background information about you and your condition, which maximizes the efficiency of your first visit.

Our standard sessions are typically 30 minutes in duration and consist of chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy (myofascial release, Graston Technique, etc.), rehabilitative exercises and a home care plan including exercise recommendations.

Our extended sessions are up to 60 minutes in duration and typically consist of chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and a full session of 1-on-1 rehabilitative exercises. Other services that may be included are; electric muscle stimulation, heat therapy, kinesiology taping, nutritional recommendations, weight loss counseling and more.

In a hurry and just want a quick adjustment? This option takes up to 15 minutes and is for established patients only. Extensive research shows that chiropractic adjustments can help with conditions such as low back pain, neck pain, sciatica, headaches, and much more.

Our mobile services are perfect for treating groups at gyms, yoga studios or wherever your place of exercise may be. We also offer treatment packages, group discounts, and monthly memberships.
